It’s no secret Colombia sets the benchmark for quality coffee (hello… Juan Valdez). In fact, they’re the largest producer of wet-processed Arabica coffee in the world. Colombian beans are grown at high altitudes and are tended to with painstaking care while thriving in the shade of banana and rubber trees, then sun-dried. The Huila and Narino regions (home to our Colombian beans) are known for their outstanding natural conditions producing some of the highest quality coffee in Colombia.
And for those who enjoy their java with a fun fact on the side, Juan Valdez’s donkey was named Conchita.
